How it works
Enter a URL and the checker fetches the page, collects up to 50 unique outgoing links, and tests each one live — a lightweight HEAD request with a GET fallback for servers that reject HEAD, run through a small concurrent pool so results land in seconds.
Every 4xx, 5xx, timeout, and unreachable host is reported with its status, split into internal links (yours to fix) and external ones (candidates to update or remove).
The full link report downloads as CSV or JSON, free and instant.

Does it crawl my whole site?
No — it checks the links on the single page you enter, capped at 50 unique URLs. Run it on your most important pages: the homepage, top landing pages, and money pages where a dead link costs the most.
Why do broken links hurt SEO?
Internal 404s waste crawl budget and strand link equity; external dead links degrade the visitor experience search engines measure. Both are among the cheapest SEO fixes available.
A link works in my browser but fails here — why?
Some servers block automated clients or HEAD requests. The checker retries failures with a regular GET, but a site that blocks all bots will still show as failed — worth knowing, since search-engine crawlers may hit the same wall.
