Check any domain's Open PageRank authority score.

## How it works

Enter a domain (or any URL on it) and the checker queries Open PageRank — an openly published authority metric computed from real link data across the web — and returns the 0-10 PageRank decimal, the domain's global rank, and a plain-language verdict band.

Open PageRank refreshes roughly monthly, so treat the score as a slow-moving baseline: it tells you where a domain stands, and repeated checks tell you whether your link building is moving it.

The result downloads as CSV or JSON, free and instant.

## Frequently asked questions

### Is this the same as Moz DA or Ahrefs DR?
No — those are proprietary vendor metrics. Open PageRank is an openly published score on the same 0-10 idea, computed from public link data. The absolute numbers differ between providers; the relative comparisons are what matter.

### What is a good score?
As a rule of thumb: 7+ is strong authority territory, 5-7 is established, 3-5 is emerging, and below 3 is where most new or niche sites start. Compare against direct competitors rather than the global giants.

### Why hasn't my score moved after new backlinks?
Open PageRank updates roughly monthly and weights links by the authority of the linking domains. A handful of strong, crawlable placements moves the needle more than hundreds of weak ones — and either way it shows up on the next refresh, not the next day.
