## What goes wrong with listing submissions

- **Copy-paste descriptions** — The same blurb on every site looks like spam and wastes the opportunity.
- **Activation emails nobody clicks** — Half-finished submissions never go live.
- **No record of what's live** — A year later, nobody knows which listings exist or are still up.

## How BuildSEO runs it, end to end

Five inputs — website, keywords, category, country, volume. Eight AI agents do the rest.

1. **Discover** — Expands your keywords into publisher searches across 30+ countries
2. **Qualify** — Authority Score 0–100 from public signals; spam, PBN, casino and adult excluded
3. **Write** — Unique title, description and anchor per target, semantically de-duplicated
4. **Submit** — Fills the real web form and confirms the activation email; pauses at CAPTCHA
5. **Verify** — Screenshot, HTML snapshot, anchor, follow status, indexation — re-checked on a schedule

## A live record of every listing

_Proof on every link_

Every live listing is captured with its URL, anchor, follow status, indexation, a screenshot and an HTML snapshot — then re-checked on a schedule.

Submissions blocked by a CAPTCHA pause and alert an operator; the attempt keeps its evidence.

## What's included

- **30+ countries** — Target country is a campaign input; Growth covers 2, Enterprise unlimited.
- **Unique copy per listing** — Titles and descriptions written per target and de-duplicated.
- **Activation confirmed** — Agents confirm the activation email so submissions actually go live.
- **Qualified sites only** — Authority Score plus hard-fail checks before any submission.
- **Scheduled re-checks** — Know which listings are still live.
- **Multi-location agencies** — Scope campaigns per client site on Pro.

## What users say

> “We'd been through two outreach suites and a freelancer spreadsheet. BuildSEO is the only one that told us which links were still live three months later. The authority score is the other half of it — I can see exactly why a publisher was accepted, so I can defend the list in a client call without hand-waving.” — Priya Raghavan, Northbeam Digital

> “Reporting used to take me a full day per client. Now it is a PDF that already separates submitted from verified live, and nobody has questioned a number since.” — Ana Beltrán, Cobalt & Field
